Oh no, Donna Summer has lost her battle with cancer. So sad! I remember growing up with her music, but she was so much more than "Last Dance" or "Hot Stuff". She had a magical singing voice that could handle many styles of music.
I remember seeing her one summer on Penn's Landing in Philadelphia and thinking, "This woman has STILL got IT!" She tore up that stage singing hit after hit and gave a better show than some artists in their twenties. She will be thoroughly missed.
